Shipping Policy

At Thoughtful Gifts, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience to ensure your gift hampers arrive promptly and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Time

  • All orders placed by 12 PM Perth time will be posted day of ordering.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak holiday seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any delays via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply, and costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 and in the local Rockingham area. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping provider, your location, and unforeseen delays (e.g., weather conditions or customs for international orders).

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all addresses within Australia and New Zealand 
  • At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the shipping provider's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We take great care to ensure your gift hampers are packaged securely. However, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at thoughtfulgiftsenquiries@outlook.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.

Shipping Address Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been dispatched. If an incorrect address is provided, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
